A drinks competition about mixing with the best & providing a platform for bartenders to connect over creativity and good times.
This is CAPI’s first foray into the drink competition world. We are approaching it with the spirit of complete open-ness and playing to our position as the supporting act in great drinks, to bring you a comp that promotes FULL creativity (and good times).
Entries require two drinks… one needs to be non-alcoholic and the second can be anything you dream up.
First prize is a bar-heavy trip to China (including guest shifts at Employees Only and Hope & Sesame) and runner up prize is a trip to Noosa for two.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All entries open on Monday 25th February 2019
All entries close on Friday 22nd March 2019
All entries must be submitted via https://capisparkling.typeform.com/to/nie4Nh including;
(i) Recipes x2
(ii) Photos x2
(iii) And all other details specified on the entry form
Only 1 entry per person
Two drinks per entry must be submitted;
(i) One alcohol option containing a minimum of 30ml of alcohol from any of the 400+ spirits in the 100 Proof portfolio, which you can view here
(ii) One non-alcohol option
Each drink must contain a minimum of 60ml of CAPI
All entries will be reviewed and shortlisted on Monday 25th March to 12 per state based on the entry form submission
All shortlisted finalists will be tasted in-venue by a 100 Proof Spirit and Enhancement Specialist between Tuesday 26th March & Friday 12th April 2019
From the in-venue tastings, the top 5 shortlisted entries in each state group will be submitted for National tasting in Victoria between Monday 15th April & Thursday 18th April 2019
From the National Tasting the 8 National Finalists will be announced on Friday 19th April;

2 x finalists from New South Wales / Australian Capital Territory
2 x finalists from Queensland / Northern Territory
1 x finalists from South Australia
1 x finalist from Western Australia
Grand Final will be held in Melbourne, Victoria on Tuesday 29th April 2019
All Finalists will be flown to Melbourne on Monday 28th April 2019 for a two-day CAPI experience; all flights, transport to and from the airport & whilst in Melbourne, 1 nights’ accommodation and meals will be covered by CAPI. Any travel insurance must be organised and paid for by the finalists.
First place winner of the Grand Final will receive return flights from their home city to Hong Kong and China and 4 nights’ accommodation. Dates of travel will be between Monday 20th May and Sunday 27th May. All flights, transport, visas, accommodation and meals will be covered by CAPI. Any travel insurance must be organised and paid for by the finalists.
Second place winner of the Grand Final will receive a return flight for two people from their home city to Maroochydore Airport, 2 nights’ accommodation in Noosa, transport to and from Maroochydore Airport and a day’s fishing trip off the coast of Noosa. All other expenses including but not limited to meals, drinks, travel insurance, transport from home to airport and back are to be covered by the runner up.
CAPI will act as the host for all activities on the listed itinerary but will not be liable for any injury of loss suffered by the winners due to circumstances out of its control during the trip.
All prizes are non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
OTHER CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All entrants must hold a valid Passport with a minimum six months validity from 31st May 2019
All entrants must be available to travel to Melbourne on Monday 29th April 2019 and Tuesday 30th April 2019
All entrants must be available to travel to Hong Kong and China between Monday 20th May 2019 and Sunday 27th May 2019
